Financial support of schools: In our home city of Afula, Sabra has sponsored the upgrades of several schools and boarding schools, in order to provide better, more attractive learning environments.
At the start of every school year, we distribute personal school supplies to pupils whose parents cannot afford to buy them. The ability to bring good-quality backpacks and accessories to school, “like all the other kids,” increases the children’s self-esteem and frees them to focus on learning.
